Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the package will likely come a little crumbled.

Items damaged in transit? We’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. To request a replacement or refund, you can contact us at support@suisoakhouse.com with your:
• Name
• Order Number
• Item(s) that were damaged
• Picture(s) of your damaged products

Refunds
If approved for a refund via email, we will issue your refund within 5 business days. Please note- it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels
Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.
