-
Set the Mood: Dim the lights, light scented candles, or play soft music to create a calm, spa-like atmosphere.
-
Soak and Relax: Carefully step into the tub and settle into the warm water. Take this time to unwind and enjoy the soothing, comforting experience of the bath tea blend.
-
Duration: Soak for about 20 minutes to fully enjoy the bath ritual. You can practice deep breathing, read a book, or simply relax and let your thoughts drift.
